Veterinary School, Keele – Back on Track

The Keele Veterinary School construction project continued to make excellent progress during summer 2021.

Seddon Construction successfully managed the challenges caused by an exceptionally wet spring. Heavy rainfall had delayed the process of making the building weathertight. However, the team recovered the lost time and brought the programme back on track.

At the time of the original update, the project remained on target for the Section 1 handover in late August 2021.

Representatives from Keele University and Legal & General, the project funder, recognised the progress made by the project team. They also thanked those involved for their work in recovering the programme.

Noviniti acted as Developer for the scheme, with Keele University as the tenant.

JCA Consulting provided Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for Noviniti. Our team supported the commercial and contractual management of the project throughout the Keele Veterinary School construction programme.
