Jonathan Cornes Associates founded in 2004 by Jonathan Cornes has earned a reputation as a leader in Building Surveying, Project Management, Architectural Services, Cost Consultancy and Interior Design services with a keen emphasis on customer care ensuring we provide a prompt and efficient service with a can-do attitude to helping our clients achieve their property and development aspirations whilst being aware of our clients’ business needs and limitations. These core values continue to underpin the foundations of the business today.
In 2022, we broadened our expertise by acquiring MAW Consulting, a likeminded long standing and reputable Chartered Surveyors recognised for its client focused approach and expertise in high value Cost Consultancy, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Employer’s Agent Services. The Cost Consultancy team specialise in high value new build and conversion developments across the UK, operating from our Leeds office. The team provides for an invaluable service when tackling a large-scale development and our clients across the UK are reaping the benefits of this inhouse expertise.
In 2024, we took another significant step forward by integrating Stephen Buxton & Associates (SBD), a similar business to Jonathan Cornes Associates, in their values, approach and their customer focused service to their client. This highly experienced team of Chartered Building surveyors and Architectural designers has consistently delivered high-quality Building Surveying services and Architectural Design Services relating to Commercial, Retail and Trade Counter clients across the UK since 1989, now operating from our Manchester office.
Jonathan Cornes Associates, celebrating 20 years as Chartered Surveyors and Designers in 2024, embraced a new direction by rebranding to JCA Consulting. This transformation symbolises our dedication to combining the strengths of our highly experienced and diverse teams, enabling us to provide an even broader range of services to our clients. Looking to the future, we will continue to grow the team in diversity and experience whilst also nurturing new talent to ensure the business continues to be relevant, experienced and diverse to ensure our clients are provided with the highest level of service to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. With strategically located offices in Staffordshire, Birmingham, London, Manchester, and Leeds, we are also well-positioned to serve clients nationwide.
