Works Commence on site at Keele University

Seddon Construction Limited have commenced works on the  construction of a new a state-of-the-art Veterinary School and independent veterinary teaching hospital.

 The first phase of the Works is scheduled to be completed in time for the September 2021 intake of new students.

Site clearance commenced at the end of June and works are now progressing with foundations and drainage to start imminently.

In our capacity as Employer’s Agent, we will provide contract administration and project leadership throughout the construction phase. Acting as the key liaison between the University, contractor, and wider stakeholder group.

The building when complete will feature copper coloured exterior cladding and a generous glazed atrium, the building is designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
