Winckley Square, Preston

A development of 29 Nr apartments is planned for the former Convent School  in Winckley Square, Preston. The Convent School opened in 1875.  No 23 Winckley Square, the former home of the Recorder of Preston Thomas Batty Addison. The school grew to fill the whole block from Garden Street to East Cliff and, at its peak in 1962, it taught 850 pupils.

Strip-out activities were completed in late 2019. Planning Approval under Permitted Development rights has been obtained and the Client has now instructed progression of Procurement activities.
