Throstle Nest Fagley Lane Bradford

JCA Consulting provided Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services for the Throstle Nest Fagley Lane Bradford residential development.

The scheme comprised the construction of 21 new properties, creating a new residential development on Fagley Lane. JCA Consulting supported the client throughout the development in the combined roles of Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent.

At the time of the original project update, construction was progressing well across the site. The roofing works to the first plots had reached completion, with the first new homes progressing towards completion in early 2023.

Our Quantity Surveying role provided commercial and cost management support throughout the development. Alongside this, our Employer’s Agent services supported the administration and delivery of the works on behalf of the client.

Combining these services allowed our team to provide coordinated commercial and contractual support as construction progressed across the site.

The Throstle Nest Fagley Lane Bradford scheme added another residential development to JCA Consulting’s growing portfolio of projects across Yorkshire and the wider UK.
