TELEGRAPH AND ARGUS BUILDING

The refurbishment of the former Print Hall at the Telegraph and Argus building has reached completion, transforming the existing space into bright, modern commercial accommodation.

The Telegraph and Argus building refurbishment included a complete internal facelift of the former glass Main Print Hall. The project created an impressive open-plan space for prospective tenants, together with a new first-floor mezzanine.

As part of the transformation, the building also gained its own dedicated entrance. Visitors now access the Print Hall from a newly created external terrace, with a ramp and steps providing access to the building. High-quality ashlar stone finishes the new external area and complements the character of the existing property.

The refurbishment has given this former industrial space a new purpose while retaining an important part of the building’s history. The completed scheme provides flexible commercial accommodation suitable for a new generation of occupiers.
