TIP Group, a leading provider of transport solutions and vehicle maintenance services, required a comprehensive redevelopment of their Knottingley site. The existing operations remained fully functional, which meant the project needed careful planning to minimise disruption while accommodating significant new build and extension works.

The project included multiple complex elements: a 1,000 sq ft extension to the existing offices, a 3,000 sq ft extension to the existing workshop, a 7,000 sq ft new build workshop, and a 7,600 sq ft new build vehicle maintenance building. In addition, the scheme incorporated site-wide groundwork improvements, petrol interceptors, a new vehicular access road, and associated parking and hardstanding areas.
