Margaret Dabbs London is a global brand specialising in luxury hand and foot treatments. For the launch of their new Northwest clinic, the client sought advice on securing a prestigious location that matched the brand’s reputation.

 JCA Consulting advised on suitable prime locations, with London Road, Alderley Edge identified as the top choice. The property, a former Wine Rack store, was left in bare shell condition. In particular, the basement posed a challenge due to limited head height and poor layout.

Through a series of schematic design options and landlord liaison, a workable scheme was agreed and formal landlord’s consent obtained. JCA were then appointed to provide the full range of design and contract administration services, guiding the project from concept through to completion.
