Appointed as Lead Project Management Consultant, JCA oversaw the delivery of a new-build housing development in Liverpool on behalf of the Hanley Economic Building Society.

Our role included managing all project costings, contract administration, risk management and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that the works progressed smoothly and achieved the client’s objectives in terms of quality, budget and programme.
