Euro Pool Systems required the refurbishment and fit-out of a commercial office suite at Studley Point, located on a busy business estate with shared access routes. The project included both compliance-driven works and internal alterations, alongside upgrades to support the client’s operational requirements.

JCA Consulting were appointed to prepare the scope of works, obtain landlord approval, and manage the Building Regulations applications. As part of the early stages, JCA coordinated an asbestos survey and subsequent removal works to ensure the building was safe for refurbishment.

The estate’s main driveway, which serves all tenants, needed to remain unobstructed throughout the project. Careful planning, contractor coordination and phased deliveries were therefore essential to maintain uninterrupted access for all occupiers. The refurbishment included strip-out and demolition of existing internal elements, followed by a full fit-out comprising new partitions, kitchens, offices, flooring, decorations, electrical installations and mechanical adjustments.

Throughout the project, JCA provided full tender management, on-site project management and final snagging to ensure works were delivered to specification and to the satisfaction of both the landlord and the tenant.
