 Reinstatement Cost Assessments are critical for ensuring that insurance cover reflects the true rebuilding cost of property assets. In the event of significant damage or total loss, underinsurance could leave the club exposed to major financial shortfall, while over insurance could mean paying unnecessarily high premiums.
