Princess Royal Hospital Telford – Works Commence

MAW Consulting are delighted to be appointed by Noviniti limited as both Employers Agent & Quantity Surveyor for the ground floor fit-out of a new entrance and Admin Hub for Princess Royal Hospital at Apley Castle, Telford. We are also appointed as an independent monitor for the development.

The Principal Contractor for both the shell and fit-out works is Morris Property Limited.

Work is well underway on the shell superstructure. The new ground floor entrance and fit-out works comprises office and toilet accommodation as well as builders shell development for three retail offerings. The fit-out works are due to commence in August for 12 weeks. During the course of the fit-out works access will be granted to a specialist retail shop fitter to create a Costa Coffee and a Tap & Go food shop. The use of the third retail space has yet to be confirmed.
