OLDHAM: NEW DISTRIBUTION UNIT – STEEL FRAME AND CLADDING

Approximately 50% of the steel frame has been progressed with cladding following close behind. As with many projects lead in for steel and cladding has caused programme anxiety as a result of the industry suffering from unprecedented demand and unprecedented price increases. The project team breathed a sigh of relief when the steel started to be delivered to site.

Completion is targeted for the end of August and costs are forecast to be within the Budget.
