NEW DISTRIBUTION UNIT OLDHAM – PRACTICAL COMPLETION ACHIEVED

Delighted to have provided QS and EA services for Rula Developments on this new 367,000sqft Distribution Unit at Oldham.  A great team effort involving Readie Construction and their supply chain and BWB Consulting and AJA Architects  . Funded by Ergo Real Estate.

The project provides approximately 367,000sqft of new accommodation, comprising a distribution unit of 346,500sqft and associated offices over two stories of over 20,000sqft.
