MAW Consulting Limited provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent Services on capital developments nationwide.

Our USP is the provision of day to day Director involvement on all commissions undertaken . The business is led by Mark Watson who has over 25 years’ experience in providing consultancy services, Mark is a Fellow of the RICS and a Member of the Association of Project Managers

A portfolio of projects covering all sectors and extending over 25 years provides an impressive background of knowledge and experience to call upon when advsing Clients at the outset of new commissions.

Our primary focus is to exceed a client expectations and to deliver a truly first class service.

We aim to fill a gap in the market by providing senior level input to all projects throughout the whole duration of the project. We won’t introduce the ‘A’ team at the first meeting and then pass you down to the ‘B’ or ‘C’ Team.
