Veterinary School, Keele – Back on Track

Excellent progress is being made with the construction of the new Veterinary School.  With Section 1 handover on target for completion in late August 2021.

Seddon Construction have overcome the challenges of the wet spring and have recovered time lost which was due to rain which delayed making the building weathertight.

Representatives from Keele University and Legal and General (The Funder) both expressed thanks to the project team for recovering lost time and doing a good job.

MAW Consulting Limited are providing Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent Services for Noviniti who are the Developer, Keele University are the Tenant.
