GREENHOLME MILLS ;HIGHLY COMMENDED – AWARDS 2023

The Greenholme Mills redevelopment project was Highly Commended at the Insider Media Property Awards, held in Leeds on Thursday 21 September 2023.

The mill conversion scheme in Burley in Wharfedale near Ilkley was recognised in the category of Residential Development of the Year (fewer than 100 homes).  MAW Consulting Limited worked alongside Architects Bowman Riley and developer MMR, providing Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Project Management services.

The event celebrated the best of the region’s property industry, including the outstanding developments and property deals in the region and the people who made them a reality.   It was held at New Dock Hall in Leeds and compered by Kyran Bracken.
