Greenholme Mills, Burley in Wharfedale  

Conversion of existing Mill Buildings into a mixed use development. Comprising Apartments, Townhouses, Semi Detached, Spa Facility, Gym, Creche and Café.

MMR Construction have commenced on this prestigious development situated on the banks of the River Wharfe.

The Project is split into a number of phases with an overall completion of the end of 2021.

Mill G is well under way, re-roofing and new windows complete providing a watertight building ready to commence internal fit-out in the new year. Mill E following on slightly behind Mill G.

Civils Sub-Contractor Cairn Cross Civil Engineering are appointed to complete all the infrastructure works including retaining walls, Section 28 and 278 roadworks, drainage and services and all roads and car parking.
