Ashbrook Business Space, Heald Green: Industrial Units

MAW Consulting Limited have been appointed by PQ Developments LLP.  For a joint venture of Quorum Development Ltd and Northern Powerhouse Land Limited. To develop 4 industrial units on vacant land close to Manchester Airport.

MAW Consulting Limited are providing Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent Services also some Project management support. The four proposed units on the development total approximately 15,000 sq ft of new build industrial space. Comprising 4Nr units ranging in size from 3,500 to 4,500 sq ft.

The project is currently in the procurement stage with a start on site expected in 1st Qtr 2023.
