Works Progressing at Lister Hospital – First Panels Installed

Works are progressing well at Lister Hospital in Stevenage as the new three-storey main entrance and office accommodation development continues to take shape. This week marks a significant milestone, with cranes now on site lifting the first modular panels into position.

The project, being delivered by Goldbeck for Noviniti, will provide a modern new main entrance alongside retail space at ground floor and purpose-built office accommodation for Trust staff across the upper levels. Once complete, the building will connect seamlessly with the existing hospital, creating an inviting and practical environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Seeing the first elements of the structure being installed is a positive step forward for the scheme, signalling the transition from preparation works to visible construction progress. With the modular installation now underway and works moving at pace, the development is beginning to take real shape on site.
