MAW Consulting have been appointed by Dalton Lane Properties Ltd as Employers Agent and QS for the project.
The latest appointment is for two, side by side, 19,500 square foot industrial units, giving the option, if desired, to convert to one unit.
Stainforth Construction were successful in winning the design and build contract, on Chesham Street, off Dalton Lane in Keighley.
The project is progressing well. A vibro compaction ground engineering solution was designed under the building. The foundations have been poured, the steel frame is up and the majority of the roof is clad. Construction continues with safe methods of working during the Coivd-19 Pandemic . Completion is anticipated for August 2020.
