Designed for Customer Interaction

Customer-facing areas were carefully planned to feel open, welcoming and easy to navigate. The layout supports clear interaction between staff and clients, helping to create a smooth and efficient experience from arrival through to enquiry and discussion.

To encourage more informal conversations, the design introduced a dedicated bar-style area with high stools. This space provides a relaxed setting where staff can sit with customers and talk through requirements in a more comfortable and engaging way.

The interior scheme centres around a strong palette of dark woods and metal finishes. These materials create a sense of depth, quality and durability throughout the space.
