55 Spring Gardens is a 25-year-old office building in central Manchester requiring a full external refurbishment to modernise its appearance and improve its long-term performance. The client, Linder Myers Solicitors, appointed JCA Consulting to oversee the project from initial design through to completion, ensuring minimal disruption in a busy urban setting.

The refurbishment involved the complete removal of all red-coloured window frames and curtain walling, replacing them with new grey aluminium systems. Additional works included remedial roof repairs and cleaning of the concrete façade, enhancing both aesthetics and building performance. The total project value was approximately £1.3 million
