Alterations to the site entrance and exit in accordance with highway recommendations, alongside the Manchester Airport Eastern Link Road, including the construction of a culvert to cross a brook and the reconstruction of the existing riverbank.
A section of the proposed Manchester Airport relief road has taken part of our client’s site, including the existing vehicular entrance. Alterations had to be made to the existing vehicular exit to accommodate both access and egress from the site.
Brookside garden centre homes indoor and outdoor (under cover) areas for you to browse and purchase plants and garden essentials, it also homes a restaurant. The grounds incorporate a 7.25” gauge railway with tunnel and bridges, a model shop and an aquatics centre.

Throughout the job we liaised with authorities including the Environment Agency to ensure that the project was completed with no harm to the wildlife that lived in and around the brook.
Liaised with the local planning and highways authorities to make the necessary applications to ensure the project was fully compliant with current legislation.
Completed on time and within budget.
