JCA Consulting provided full cost consultancy services as Lead Consultant for the extension of classroom facilities at Biddulph Junior School.

Our role encompassed initial feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement advice and ongoing budget control throughout the delivery of the works.

We ensured that the extension project progressed smoothly, with clear reporting and management of risks and opportunities, providing the school with much-needed additional teaching spaces delivered on time and within the approved budget.
