Work progressed on the Lupton Fawcett office fit-out in Leeds, creating a new head office for one of the region’s leading law firms.
The firm relocated from an office spread across four floors to a single floor at the newly refurbished 2 The Embankment. As a result, collaboration became a key requirement of the new workplace design.
At the same time, Lupton Fawcett was undergoing a rebrand. Therefore, the design needed to reflect the firm’s new identity and communicate its key messaging throughout the office.
Wagstaff Interiors was appointed as Principal Contractor for the design and build project. The team developed the fit-out design and styling in collaboration with the client.
As construction progressed, the team installed the meeting room walls and completed the initial first-fix alterations. These works included changes to the mechanical and electrical installations. Joinery and finishing trades then commenced alongside the second-fix works.
Following completion of the main fit-out, Wagstaff Interiors also managed the installation of the new furniture.
The Lupton Fawcett office fit-out in Leeds created a modern workplace designed around collaboration. Importantly, the new environment also supported the firm’s evolving brand and new ways of working.
