Lupton Fawcett –Fit-Out Works – Well Underway

Work is well underway on the fit-out of new head offices, in Leeds, for Lupton Fawcett, one of the region’s premier law firms.
The firm are moving from a current office space of four floors to one floor in newly refurbished 2 The Embankment. A key requirement for the redesign was collaboration and enabling the firm to work effectively together.

The firm are also going through a rebrand. It was important that the key messaging was communicated throughout the design.
Wagstaff Interiors were appointed as principal contractor for the design and build project at the start of the year. Since then, they have developed the fit-out design and styling alongside the employer.

The meeting room walls, initial first fix alterations to the mechanical and electrical works are installed; joinery, finishing trades and second fix installation have commenced work.
The works are due to complete within the next month followed by the furniture installation, also by Wagstaff Interiors.
