Broadway Green – The end is in sight

After 3 Years on site the final Phase of this significant multi million pound infrastructure project is now well underway. With completion scheduled for the end of 2020.

The last leg of the new Spine Road is under construction which will link with Broadway ( A663) and create a through route for traffic.

As part of the final phase the decommissioning of the former Crossley Railway bridge will be undertaken. With over 250 piles being placed and over 4,000M3 of foam concrete being poured. This is all prior to the formation of a new traffic signal controlled junction

Broadway Green is a Joint Venture project between a Private Developer and Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council . The enabling infrastructure project will create development plots for over 250 new homes and over 800,000sqft of Employment space.
