New 45000sqft industrial unit with internal offices well under way for Seddon Developments Ltd to create new North West Depot for Algeco (Elliott Group). This development will provide bespoke premises for the modular building company, comprising workshop, prep and paint spray areas and over 5 acres of storage/ compound area. Completion due mid January 2023.
